Saving Your Home Or Money By Refinancing

Find out how the property management company plans on marketing your home. What in-print and Internet venues will they be using? You want professional marketers who have a game plan of exactly how they intend to find a renter or guest for your home. Do they have a website? If they are putting your home on their website, ask them how many visitors does their website get each month. Make sure that they are not going to charge you to market your home. They should only get paid when they find a renter for your home. There should be no flat fee each month. If they do not find a renter for your home, then they should not get paid either!

Home insurance is split into two main types: Contents insurance and building insurance.

Exceptions might occur if the damage was caused by negligence from the tenants actions. The landlord may seek to get compensation from the tenant to cover repairs if proof of negligence existed.

In conclusion it’s safe to say that a council tenant only needs to be concerned with home contents insurance. Our advice would be to buy ‘new for old’ cover to be certain of a worthwhile claim if the worst happens.

Resolved Question: Anyone know of a beach vacation rental around $600 for the week on the east coast?
I have a newborn and I’m thinking of taking her to a beach this summer when she’s seven or eight months old. My husband and I have previously stayed in houses in Florida and North Carolina that rent for about $600 for the week, but I don’t want to travel that far with the baby- I’m thinking something like an 8 hour drive. So that leaves Ohio (on the lakefront) New England, New York, and as far south as Virginia, no further.

I’m hoping someone here will know of a good location- the best spots are usually ones other people can tell you about, rather than researching them online for yourself! I don’t want to spend more than $600, which I know is doable if I find the right place!

Kapn- I have stayed in beach houses for that price, so I know they exist. It’s a matter of hunting one down.
