As I converse with people every day, I continue to hear complaints but everyone seems to think doing nothing is “good enough” for the time being. Everyone is waiting for everything to “fix” itself.

Yes, we are pretty much powerless to change the situations, however we are in definite control of how we respond and react to the dilimeas. As business sales professionals, we have some hurdles that we need to overcome and rethink some of our skills to continue to rise to the top. Our knowledge and experience is priceless and we need to use these skills to our advantage.

If we were successful in the past, we can be successful in the future. We need to trust the system if we expect to flourish and enjoy continued success. Yes, we will get knocked down along the way, but we get up, dust ourselves off, and drive forward. This part of being successful has never changed. There will always be obstacles in the way. Customer’s mindsets and anticipations have changed and we need to be accommodating to meet their requests. We need to ask ourselves, what can we do to reach that success at the end of the pipeline?

Consistent prospecting keeps our pipelines full giving us a greater chance to make sales and protect our income streams. There are even land owners who don’t think it’s worth their time doing all the paperwork to sell the property, so they just give it to Jack for free! While the per-deal profit may not seem like much, land deals are so simple to do, you can have several of them in your pipeline. You don’t have to have much money to acquire a deal, and there’s even a way to avoid paying taxes and fees until after the deal close. The best part is how easy the deals are to do; during the busiest part of Jack’s career – the launch of his “Land Profit Formula” product – he was working on more than 20 deals.

Land deals also require very little overhead; if you have $1000 in the bank, you can buy at least one – possibly even four or five – deals. You can also offer to finance the land to your buyers, enabling yourself to make monthly profits in addition to what you make when you sell it! You don’t have to pay the taxes or fees associated with the land until you sell it. Even during the launch of his “Land Profit Formula” product – which took hours of intensive work – Jack still had over 20 deals going.
Because Jack has profited so much from his land deals system, he created a product based on his system, the “Land Profit Formula.” In it, he includes the letter he sends out to owners, and 26 ways to acquire buyers. Jack’s three favorite ways to attract buyers are through his listing websites, e-mails sent to the buyers list he’s built up over the years, and eBay Live Auctions. He explains how to assume financial responsibility for the land, but wait to pay the back taxes until you close the deal.
